​A quick note on fees.....

We've had a few changes in our fee structure of late, and wanted to share those with you.

​

1) Virtual Staging - Whole house staging (up to 10 images) is now $35, flat fee.

​

2) 24 Hour Cancellation Fee - Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise - let's discuss those and see what we can work out. Our goal is to ensure that we can continue to allocate our appointment times effectively for the entire RE/MAX Property East team and deliver the best possible work to all our valued clients.
